Can we use the site in all weather?

The terrace is open during spring / summer, although the external terrace is partly covered it is not suitable during rainy days.

Is Big Easy wheelchair accessible?

Yes. All of our restaurants are wheelchair accessible.

Can I bring my own birthday cake?

Yes, of course. We just need the cake to be delivered in a sealed container with the name of the booking clearly labelled.

Who do I contact for a lost item?

Does Big Easy serve Halal meat?

Our Westfield Stratford restaurant offers Halal Friendly a la carte menu.

Do you have to request Boozy Brunch when booking or choose the menu when you get there?

There's no need to book specifically, you can choose the Boozy Brunch menu when you arrive.

Does Big Easy guarantee specific tables?

Unfortunately that's not always possible, but you can request a specific table when booking and we'll try our best to accommodate this.

How long do you have the table for?

Tables for 1-3 people are booked for one hour 30 minutes, 4 to 6 guests are offered one hour 45 minutes and 7 or more guests are offered two hours.

Are children included in table booking?

Yes, if they will require a highchair or seat.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we welcome walk-ins but there may be a wait for a table. It's always best to check with the reservations team on the day.

How long will the restaurant hold the table for if I am late?

The table will be held for 15 minutes, after that it is up to the reservations team. They will do their best to hold your table but may have to give it away at busy times.

Do you take cash?

From 22nd August 2022, have All Big Easy Restaurants operates cashless. All our sites do not accept cash, we accept all major credit/debit card.

Is there a cancellation policy?

We do not take card details for under 20 guests, we do ask you inform us as soon as possible in the event of any amendments to the total guests numbers or cancellations.

Parties of 20 to 50 guests have  72 hour cancellation policy.

Parties of 50 to 100 guests have 7 days cancellation policy.

100 or more guests have 30 days cancellations policy.

Exclusive events are offered one month cancellation policy.

Cancellations made within the cancellation policy will incur a charge to the value of the deposit paid at the time of booking, different policies may be applicable to large/private events which will be outlined on the events contract.
