Big Easy Bluewater is a truly exciting multi level 'open plan' restaurant set over 6,500 sq ft with 250 seats. We feature 2 bars set over 3 floors of multi level dining with live bands performing every night on the mezzanine level.

On the first floor gallery level, our Rum bar offers over 100 different rums as well as cosy dining overlooking the action of all 3 levels.

For those that enjoy the atmosphere of the mall we offer terrace dining on the promenade. Whatever the occasion, whether you want to take a break from shopping or even start your evening off, stop by for a quick or leisurely cocktail, beer or Prosecco with some of our great bar-bites...particularly enjoyable before or after the cinema!

BLUEWATER BAR

The two bars each boast something special. Our main beer and whiskey bar at ground floor mall level offers an impressive selection of 16 beers on tap and over 500 different bourbons, whiskeys, tequila and vodkas with plenty of soft drink options as well as our famous frozen cocktails.

Our cosy rum bar at gallery level offers 100 different rums and cosy booth drinking and dining.

BLUEWATER EVENTS

We don’t think you need a reason to celebrate, but if you are marking a special occasion then the Big Easy is the perfect location for a party. Bookings for large tables are always welcome. If you are joining us with 10+ people, we’ve even developed a special menu of crowd-pleasing favourites.

For a larger groups, our events team will create a bespoke programme of experiences for your event, from cocktail making classes to wine tasting or a Bar.B.Q pit masterclass.

Live music is the heart and soul of Big Easy, and we’re privileged to have had Jonny Lang and Bernie Marsden – two of the world’s best blues artists – play up-close gigs with us.

We host live music every day and our events team can organise the same just for you.
